Marsha Diane Crawford, 66, of Bonnie, Illinois passed away at 4:50 P.M. Saturday, December 24, 2016 at her residence in Bonnie, Illinois. She was born Thursday, December 14, 1950 in Jefferson County, Illinois to parents, James L. & Evelyn L. (Elliston) Morgan. She married David Crawford on December 24, 1972 by Reverend Bus Hart in Mount Vernon, Illinois and he survives.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held directly following the visitation at Kirk Cemetery in Ina, Illinois with Marsha's uncle, Sammy Lane officiating and interment to follow.
A Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
Marsha Diane Crawford is survived by her husband, David Crawford of Bonnie, Illinois; 3 children, Brad Morgan and wife, Tina of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Sean Kluck of Woodlawn, Illinois, and Amy (Crawford) Wright and fiancé, Dave Ilbery of Sesser, Illinois; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter, 2 step-great-grandchildren; siblings, Linda Diel and husband, Gary of Woodlawn, Illinois, Mable Folsom and husband, Ward of Mount Vernon, Illinois, David "Doc" Morgan and wife, Robyn of Belle Rive, Illinois, Mark Morgan and wife, Robin of McLeansboro, Illinois, and Jeff Morgan of Belle Rive, Illinois; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Her parents; mother and father in-law, Glenn and Neala Crawford; 2 sisters-in-law, Glenda Hefner and Nancy Crawford; and a brother-in-law, Richard "Dick" Elliston preceded her in death.
Mrs. Crawford loved the Lord and her family meant everything to her. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed putting together puzzles in her spare time and loved to travel. Marsha accepted Christ Jesus as her Lord and Savior in 1974. She kept her faith in Christ until her passing. She is now in Heaven with Jesus and all his angels; forever happy and at peace.
